Simple Amazing Connections Through Service
Introduction
Simple ACTS was conceived and created by Sandra Stanbury, Rema Diallo and Peter Smith in 2019 as a registered charity . We had a common dream and saw the need for intergenerational engagement between the elders and youth of our diverse communities pulling on their talents, resourcefulness and passion. Lets build this together to benefit us all.

Younger and older people are the two groups most affected by ageist attitudes and marginalisation in our society. The evidence shows that they feel they are widely portrayed in a negative light by the media, institutions and agencies.

Mission Statements
Currently we live in a culture where the 2 most vulnerable sections of our society, the elderly and youth, are misunderstood, undervalued and marginalised. Simple ACTS sole purpose is to enable effective communication, understanding, practical support and visibility between the various generations primarily, but not exclusively, within the African/African Caribbean communities. To do this we believe we need to utilise the resourcefulness, creativity, experience and skills of all sections of all of our communities. We call on all of you to help us through Simple ACTS to create generational synergy together so that the full potential of our youth and elderly working in unison can benefit all our communities and society at large.
